এই শর্তাবলী ও নীতিমালা (Terms and Conditions) M3Food -এর খাদ্য সম্পর্কিত পণ্য ও সেবার ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহারের নিয়মাবলী নির্ধারণ করে। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার বা প্রবেশ করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন এবং এগুলোর দ্বারা বাধ্য থাকবেন। যদি আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করবেন না।
১ঃ মেধাস্বত্ব (Intellectual Property)
M3Food এর সকল কনটেন্ট—যেমন লেখা, ছবি, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো, ওয়েবসাইট ডিজাইন ইত্যাদি—M3food মেধাস্বত্বের অন্তর্ভুক্ত এবং কপিরাইট ও অন্যান্য মেধাস্বত্ব আইনের মাধ্যমে সুরক্ষিত। M3food পূর্ব লিখিত অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো কনটেন্ট অনুলিপি, বিতরণ, পরিবর্তন বা ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
২ঃ অ্যাকাউন্ট নিবন্ধন ও নিরাপত্তা (Account Registration and Security)
ওয়েবসাইটের কিছু ফিচার ব্যবহার করতে হলে আপনাকে একটি অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি করতে হতে পারে। আপনার ব্যবহারকারীর নাম ও পাসওয়ার্ডসহ অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা আপনার দায়িত্ব। আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টে কোনো অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার বা নিরাপত্তা ভঙ্গ ঘটলে তা M3food কে অবিলম্বে জানাতে হবে।
৩ঃ সেবার ব্যবহার
আপনি আমাদের সেবা শুধুমাত্র বৈধ ও উপযুক্ত উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করবেন। কোনো বেআইনি বা অননুমোদিত কাজে (যেমন ক্ষতিকর, কপিরাইট লঙ্ঘনকারী বা আপত্তিকর কনটেন্ট প্রেরণ) আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার করা নিষিদ্ধ।

আমরা নির্ভরযোগ্য ও সময়মতো ডেলিভারি সেবা প্রদানের চেষ্টা করি। তবে ডেলিভারির নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের নিশ্চয়তা দিই না এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার দ্বারা সৃষ্ট বিলম্ব বা ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকব না। পণ্য আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে কুরিয়ারে হস্তান্তরের পর মালিকানা ও ঝুঁকির দায় আপনার কাছে হস্তান্তরিত হবে।
